Y además también puedes recoger tú mismo tu pedido en nuestra Tienda si lo prefieres. En esta página encontrará una descripción general de todos los métodos de envío disponibles.

Cambios y Devoluciones

Para cualquier cambio o devolución de mercadería, el cliente deberá presentar obligatoriamente el comprobante de pago (artículo 1° del Reglamento de Comprobantes de Pago). Se sugiere brindar su correo electrónico al momento de realizar la compra y así poder facilitarle una copia de su boleta de venta electrónica en caso usted lo requiera.

  1. Todo cambio o devolución será dentro de los 7 días calendarios de emitido el comprobante de pago para compras en tiendas físicas; en el caso canales de venta online este plazo se contabilizará desde la fecha de entrega del pedido. Los productos se deben encontrar OPERATIVOS Y SIN SEÑALES DE DAÑOS, RAYADURAS, GOLPES O CAIDA DE LIQUIDOS así como sus accesorios y empaques, los cuales deben estar completos como se especifica en el manual. En el caso de productos en promoción, se requiere la entrega de todos los productos incluidos en la promoción correspondiente.
  2. Para todo cambio o devolución, de compras realizadas a través de nuestras tiendas físicas y productos propios de nuestros canales de venta online, el cliente deberá acercarse a cualquiera de nuestras tiendas en donde se comprobará el estado del producto y si el mismo cumple con nuestras políticas de cambios o devoluciones. Posteriormente, se emitirá una nota de crédito, la cual es de uso exclusivo en nuestras tiendas físicas y no será válida cualquiera de nuestros canales de venta online. Todo cambio de producto está sujeto a disponibilidad y stock en tienda.
  3. La nota de crédito por cambio de producto, deberá ser aplicada en su totalidad en cualquiera de nuestras tiendas.
  4. La nota de crédito es personal e intransferible y no es canjeable por dinero. Asimismo, debe presentarse el documento impreso al momento de su aplicación junto con el DNI del adquirente. Sólo se puede aplicar una nota de crédito por transacción. Las notas de crédito tienen vigencia de 1 año.
